Along side this program you get access to Sports Karate Nunchaku this is a skills program but not gradable and is also known as speed chucks or XMA chucks.

This program will train you in competition winning kata and allow you to enter into freestyle open competitions if that is you goal if not you will still get a great workout, improve dexterity and coordination.
