Description: GroupEx Bojutsu has several areas of study, the main syllabus American Style Bojutsu this is our main White - Black Belt 3rd Dan program in the higher grades we blend in Okinawan Bo. Along side this program you get access to Sports Karate Bo this is a skills program but not gradable and is also known as tricking Bo or XMA Bo.

This program will train you in competition winning kata and allow you to enter into freestyle open competitions if that is you goal if not you will still get a great workout, improve dexterity and coordination.

This program will help you learn step by step every aspect of the Nunchaku. You will get access to extra lessons from various other styles.
